POLICE OFFICER CITY OF MARINE CITY

APPLICANTS MUST AT TIME OF APPLICATION AND TIME OF HIRE:

1. Be 21 years of age or older
2. U.S. Citizen
3. Possess a valid Michigan Operator's license and meet minimum driving requirements.
4. Have successfully completed the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES) Training requirements Basic Police Academy or currently enrolled in a Michigan recognized MCOLES basic law enforcement training academy.
5. Possess passing results from both the MCOLES Reading & Writing and Physical Skills Tests.

Starting base salary is $46,254
Deferred Comp retirement (5% employee 5% City)
Medical/Dental benefits: Blue Cross/Blue Care
