The City of Wayland is accepting resumes/applications for a part time School Resource Officer and full time Patrol Officer. The SRO would work 20 hours a week during the school year at Wayland Union Schools. Summer schedule is subject to change. The patrol officer would work 12 hour shifts at 84 hours per pay period.
Applicant must be at least 21 years of age, MCOLES licensed or ability to obtain MCOLES license before August 1, 2023. Applicant will submit to a background investigation including drug screen and psychological testing.
Full time salary starting at $23.54 per hour July 1, 2023 including Priority Health medical plan, MERS Defined Benefit and 457 retirement.
