Green Oak Township and the Police Department are committed to providing the highest levels of training, over and above, the core areas of firearms, defensive tactics, TASER, legal update several times per year. Specialty training and regional team assignments are also provided both individually and to groups of officers in areas such as Traffic Crash Investigation/Reconstruction, Active Assailant Response, Evidence Collection (CSI), Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) and Unmanned Aerial Systems (Drone).
