Oakley Police Department: Part Time Police Officer Closing date: January 1, 2024

The Village of Oakley Police Department is seeking a qualified, community minded candidate to fill a part-time police officer position. 1-3 days per week work schedule, shifts will consist of first and second shifts. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be MCOLES licensed, and prior paid Law Enforcement experience is encouraged
  • No Felony convictions and/or disqualifying criminal history
  • Must be able to work weekends, nights, days and some holidays as needed
  • Must possess a valid Michigan drivers' license and have a high school diploma 
  • Must be of good moral character and pass a background investigation
