The Midland County Sheriff’s Office is accepting applications for a full time Road Patrol Deputy position. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating criminal and civil complaints, traffic crashes, report writing, enforcing traffic laws, and other duties as assigned by the Sheriff’s Office administration.
Applicants must have at minimum an Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field and be MCOLES licensed or licensable at the time of appointment.
Current salary range starting at $22.93/hr. progressing to $32.61/hr. (4 year progression), with a competitive fringe benefit package.
