The City of Riverview is currently hiring a full-time police officer.
Qualifications must include, at a minimum:
A competitive wage package is offered, with salary ranging from $52,678 - $75,872. 3 % wage increases, July 2024, July 2025, and July 2026. Top pay at 36 months or see lateral pay.
LATERAL PAY:
We will match years of service up to our top pay, which is 36 months per letter of understanding.
Also included is a gun allowance, clothing & cleaning allowance, shift premium, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, and longevity. We also offer a competitive benefits package including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurances, and a MERS 2.0% defined benefit plan with a retiree healthcare plan.
