Lakeview Village Police Department: Full and Part-time Police Officer Closing Date: April 30, 2024

The Lakeview Village Police Department is a small agency serving a population of about 1100 residents.  We are seeking a self-motivated law enforcement professional for full and part time Police Officer positions.  The candidate must be able to work closely with the local school district, area law enforcement agencies, as well as his/her team members.  The position requires a customer service focus, team orientation, public communication skills, basic computer skills, and the willingness to enforce state and local laws.  The candidate must be MICOLES licensed or licensable.  The candidate must pass physical exams, drug & alcohol testing, and criminal & personal background checks as required.  The Village has just moved into a state-of-the-art building and has up to date patrol vehicles and equipment.  Please send a resume, cover letter, and 3 personal & 3 professional references to Chief Darin K.
