The Village of Morrice Police Department is looking for a few part-time Police Officers. The Village of Morrice consists of about 1.4 square miles, located in Shiawassee County with around 1,000 residents. Officers are expected to conduct routine vehicle and foot patrol along with responding to calls. Officers should have good communication skills and be willing to work closely with the community and our schools
Shift availability will mostly be 2nd shift M-F and anytime Sat and Sun. We are asking that you work at least 16 hours a month and you can fill in where you are available if the shift if open.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- MCOLES LICENSED
- No felony record
- Acceptable driving record
- Pass a reasonable background review
- Pass drug screen
