The Leelanau County Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking applicants to fill eminent Law Enforcement Deputy Positions.
Starting pay is set at $24.82 per hour by current POAM agreement. Benefits include fully paid Blue Cross Health Insurance, Defined Benefit Retirement Program (MERS B-2) along with other benefits spelled out in the current Collective Labor Agreement. Applicants must be MCOLES licensed or eligible for licensing and shall submit their resume and a cover letter along with a County Application, which can be obtained from the link below. Selected applicants will participate in an oral board interview. Applicants who advance will be subject to a health physical, drug screening, psychological examination and comprehensive background investigation.
