The City of Hancock is accepting employment applications for a full-time Police Officer position. The city has approximately 4,500 residents and is a lakeside community in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to perform related police duties as assigned
- Must be MCOLES licensed or licensable.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Possess a valid Michigan Driver’s License and a good driving record.
- No Felony convictions.
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Be at least 21 years of age and able to work independently.
- Completive wages and benefits.
