POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sanilac County Sheriff’s Office is currently accepting applications for the position of Full time Uniform Services Deputy. This will be for applicants who will be sponsored by this office to attend the Delta College Police Academy.
All applicants must be willing to undergo MCOLES Pre-Employment Testing and a Comprehensive Background to ensure suitability for employment as an MCOLES Licensed Deputy Sheriff upon the successful completion of a Basic Police Academy.
Applicants being considered for employment will be required to pass a criminal background check, a psychological test and a physical examination, including a drug screen. Applicants will also be required to complete a personal history questionnaire.
