Forms and payment are due by 1:00 PM on the Wednesday prior to the test date and may be sent or dropped off to the office prior to the test. LSSU accepts cash or check only in the amount of $55.00. Cash must be exact.

Please Note:
Test orientation will begin promptly @ 10AM, in NOR212, followed by the physical agility test in the SAC/gym. It is best to arrive 10-15 minutes early.
