Testing begins at 8:30A, held at the West Campus Fitness Center (M126) at 5708 Cornerstone Dr. Lansing, MI 48917.
Test results are good for 180 days from the actual test date.
A Physicians Screening form is required to be completed in its ENTIRETY and brought to the test site.
