King-McAVoy is the VP of Sales and Marketing for King Orchards, a family-owned and operated orchard and food business. King Orchards is a diversified business that grows cherries, apples, and a wide variety of other fruits and vegetables marketed directly to consumers and through various fresh and processed channels. King-McAvoy attended Michigan State University and holds bachelor’s degrees in Horticulture and Agribusiness Management with a specialization in Food Industry Management. King-McAvoy is on the Michigan Cherry Committee Board of Directors, the Northern Lakes Economic Alliance Board of Directors, and is Co-Chair of the Great Lakes Business Network.
Her term expires December 31, 2023.
