Learn about forest management, invasive species and how the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service can help you manage your forest land and apply for forest management funding through USDA NRCS programs
• Each session will be giving away a FREE Forester consultation that will help two lucky attendees get a start on their forest management
• Educational nature walk around the Kalamazoo Nature Center, where participants will get in-field experience and interaction with a local forester and Conservation Professionals
• Learn about the Michigan Agriculture Environmental Assurance Program (MAEAP) Forest, Wetlands, and Habitat verification process
• Light snacks and refreshments provided
