Join the Shiawassee Conservation District on their Conservation In Action Tour on Thursday, September 19, 2024 from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. Indian Trails bus leaves at 9:00 AM.

Space is limited. Pre-register at (989) 723-8263, ext 3. Registrations taken until bus is full. 

No charge for the tour, RUP and Phase 1 credit pending. Includes BBQ lunch.

Tour stops include: 

  • The Milkhous Farm, Ben & Maggie Kirkman, MAEAP Verified pasture and crop farm
  • East Michigan Native Plants, LLC Angela and James Nelson High Tunnel and Native plant propagation operation
  • Privately owned and managed woodlot, Jeff Tuller
