Participants will meet at the farm for a light meal, introductions and discussion and then head over to the forest habitat location on the farm for a walk through the woods with Jeff Tuller, Certified Forester and Plan Writer. The event will include a discussion and demonstration about the process of having a forest management plan written, applicable environmental practices related to forest management and wildlife habitat development, and how to enroll in the Forest, Wetland and Habitat System of MAEAP Verification.
