Seed Exports/Phytosanitary Certification - Inspection and Testing Requirements
The USDA has authorized the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to conduct export certification inspections within the state of Michigan and to issue phytosanitary certificates. This process helps facilitate export of Michigan commodities, including seed.
