To reduce administrative burdens for the parties, a party may elect to submit all proposals electronically in track-changes format in a Microsoft Word document. If electronic filing is selected physical copies will only be required for hearings exhibits. Alternatively, a party may continue under the previous system with multiple paper and electronic copies in clean and legislative formats.
