Can I enroll in a Health Care FSA if I have an HSA?
You cannot enroll in the General Purpose Health Care (GPHC) FSA, but you can enroll in the Limited Purpose Health Care FSA. If you are already enrolled in a GPHC FSA at the beginning of a plan year and enroll in the State HDHP with HSA during that plan year, your HSA will not be allowed to receive any contributions from you or the state.
