Jack Phillips' Five Levels of Evaluation Model

The five-level model for measuring the effects of training programs is based on the work of Jack Phillips and extending the traditional Four Levels of Evaluation from Donald L. Kirkpatrick. The key modification of the classic Kirkpatrick model is that Level 5 is developed by collecting Level 4 data, converting the data to monetary values and comparing them to the cost of the program to represent the return on training investment.
