A Guide to Strategically Planning Training and Measuring Results

The Guide to Strategically Planning Training and Measuring Results was developed by the United States Office of Personnal Management's Office of Workforce Relations in 2000 to help agencies comply with OMB circular A-11 and the executive order that provided direction to Government leaders about workforce learning and development.
