MI-Access Projected Participation Rate All Michigan Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) and Interimediate School Districts (ISD) educational programs must submit a projected participation rate in Cantamaran by November 30, 2020. ISDs must submit their aggregate rates in Catamaran by December 11, 2020. Instructions on how to complete these activities can be found in Catamaran the policy resources section of the Catamaran Training Site under "Guidiance Documents".

Local educational agencies (LEAs) that contribute to the state exceeding its participation cap must submit information justifying the need to exceed the 1% threshold using this form to their Intermediate School District (ISD).
