LEA 1% Cap Justification Form - Coming Soon!

Local educational agencies (LEAs) that contribute to the state exceeding its participation cap must submit information justifying the need to exceed the 1% threshold using this form to their Intermediate School District (ISD).
1% Cap Justification ISD Summary Form  All intermediate school districts (ISDs) must complete this summary form regarding the percentage of students assessed using Michigan's Alternate Assessment (MI-Access) in at least one subject area to the Office of Educational Assessment & Accountability.
