Assessment Reimbursement Grant

Section 104d of the FY 2018 State School Aid Act provides $9,200,000 in an equal per pupil formula reimbursement to districts and public school academies (PSAs) that purchase a computer-adaptive test; or one or more diagnostic tools or screening tools for pupils in grades K to 3 that are intended to increase reading proficiency by grade 4; or that purchase a benchmark assessment for pupils in grades K-8.

The 18-19 Section 104d Assessment Reimbursement grant award has been announced!  

The approved district/PSA received an official grant award notification and an award letter via email to the Superintendent on December 3, 2018.  Payments will be made via regular State Aid payments starting with the December State Aid payment.  You can view the State Aid Status Report after December 20, 2018 to see specific payment information for your district/PSA.  The expenditure period for this grant is October 1, 2018- September 30, 2019. 

PLEASE NOTE: Reimbursement as per this section is formula based and awarded funds may exceed or be less than the cost of the assessment in which you applied for reimbursement.
