Education Workforce Job Fairs
Looking for an education-related job? Have a vacancy to fill in your school or district?
We can help you get connected!
Developing, supporting and sustaining a high-quality, prepared and collaborative education workforce is a high priority of the Michigan Department of Education (MDE). That’s why we’re hosting three Education Workforce Job Fairs across the state to connect job seekers and those hiring teachers, subs, bus drivers, custodians, paras, secretaries, admins, and any other education-related positions. Please consider joining us:
CANCELED: March 19 – Kalamazoo (campus of Kalamazoo Valley Community College)
CANCELED: May 4 – Traverse City (at the West Bay Beach Hotel)
Aug. 4 – Livonia (campus of Schoolcraft College)
Each of the Job Fairs will be held from 3-6 p.m. and are free* for all job-seeking candidates and exhibiting Local Education Agencies (LEAs), Intermediate School Districts (ISDs), Public School Academies (PSAs) and educator staffing agencies seeking to hire for the 2020-21 school year.
(*NOTE: A $100 deposit is required for exhibitors to reserve booth space, which will be refunded after participation in the event. No shows and late cancellations will not be refunded).
Limited space is also available for purchase by vendors (associations, businesses, education providers, etc.) wishing to be in attendance. Please see our Vendor Prospectus for more information about purchasing booth space.
