2019 MI Educator Workforce Job Fairs
Looking for an education-related job? Have a vacancy to fill in your school or district?
We can help you get connected!
Developing, supporting and sustaining a high-quality, prepared and collaborative education workforce is a high priority of the Michigan Department of Education (MDE). That’s why we’re hosting Educator Workforce Job Fairs across the state to connect job seekers and those hiring teachers, subs, bus drivers, custodians, paras, secretaries, admins, and any other education-related positions. Please consider joining us:
June 12 – Marquette (at Northern Michigan University)
Aug. 5 – Livonia (at Schoolcraft College)
Each of the Job Fairs will be held from 1-5 p.m. and are free of charge for all participating Local Education Agencies (LEAs), Intermediate School Districts (ISDs), Public School Academies (PSAs) and educator staffing agencies seeking to hire for the 2019-20 school year, as well as all job-seeking candidates.
Limited space is also available for purchase by vendors (associations, businesses, education providers, etc.) wishing to be in attendance. Please see our Vendor Prospectus for more information.
This is second year of MDE’s Educator Workforce Job Fair, which has expanded for 2019 to include the three dates/locations across the state. The opportunities directly align with Strategic Goal 3 of the Top 10 in 10: Develop, support and sustain a high-quality, prepared and collaborative education workforce.
