PDG B-5 Participation Opportunities

We want to hear from you!

As part of Michigan's Preschool Development Grant Birth through Five (PDG B-5), there will be several opportunities to offer your input and ideas about, and experiences with, the state's early childhood mixed delivery system.

Your voice is key to the department in learning what is working, what's not working, and what ideas you have that might make a big difference in the early childhood system. Help us realize our vision of ensuring all children and families can choose and receive the services and programs they need.

The Office of Great Start has awarded the following contracts to complete projects under the PDG B-5 grant:

The contractors listed above may contact you about upcoming activities. The goal of the PDG B-5 is to help make the early childhood system work for the children and families in Michigan. We need to hear from all families, providers, advocates, and stakeholders so we can help create an efficient, coordinated, supportive system for the whole child and family. If contacted or when opportunities arrive, we hope that you will participate and provide your input. We appreciate your time and commitment to Michigan's children and families.

The PDG B-5 is authorized under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), and is administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. More information can be accessed at the PDG B-5 page or by emailing Joy Milano, PDG B-5 Project Manager.
