March 8, 2021: All Providers: This is a reminder concerning all claim correspondence sent by mail to Provider Support. Per the General Information Chapter of the Provider Manual, Section 1.6 B, Written Inquiries should be clearly explained, in writing, with complete documentation (e.g., RA).
