Getting the medicine you need is essential to surviving HIV. You shouldn't have to choose between a hot meal and your medication. The HIV Drug Assistance program can help. If you fit the guidelines listed below, we can offer you aid, so you can keep up on your treatment.
You qualify for the program if:
- You are a resident of Michigan
- You can provide documentation of your HIV status
- Your gross income is less than 4.5 times the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
- You have applied for public assistance like Medicaid and/or the Adult Benefits Waiver program through the Department of Human Services in the past 90 days and have a pending denial (Only required in some cases.)
