Medicaid Provider Trainings
As part of MDHHS's efforts to combat the spread of COVID-19, Provider Outreach & Education along with Provider Support will not be attending in-person training or association requests at this time. Providers can continue to submit requests using the below links and will be offered different platforms to participate in training.

If you are currently enrolled as a Medicaid provider and are interested in having an MDHHS Provider Consultant contact you for 1-on-1 training, please submit your request using the link below. Once the information is submitted it will be logged and forwarded to a Provider Consultant that specializes in your field. After you have submitted your request, a Provider Consultant will contact you to make the necessary arrangements. These 1-on-1 sessions are available virtually or in-person and are intended to provide specialized training for providers. For questions related to specific claims please contact Provider Support.

If you are interested in having an MDHHS Provider Consultant attend your Association's meeting or conference, please submit your request using the link below. After you have submitted your request, a Provider Consultant will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
VIRTUAL MEDICAID PROVIDER TRAINING: The virtual training sessions are open to all Medicaid providers interested in signing on/calling into a virtual training right from their office! This training is specific to the subjects listed below. A Provider Consultant is available to discuss your specific Medicaid claims issues. Please see the table below to view and register for all training sessions.
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Provider Relations Section is currently using Adobe Connect for virtual Medicaid training sessions. Adobe Connect is a web-based program that offers many features and is beneficial in providing better customer service to providers.
The information within this guide will provide assistance. We ask that if you are a first-time user of Adobe Connect, you please take the time before the training to review the guide to best assist us in offering a timely and efficient presentation.
