Northwestern Regional Undergraduate Nursing Clinical Education Networking Event

Our inaugural undergraduate nursing clinical education regional networking event was held in the northwest region of the state in September of 2019.  To set the stage for networking opportunities, the event began with presentations of newer models of clinical education developed in non-acute care settings in the region.  Links to the presentations is provided on this webpage.  Forty-two individuals networked with one another to identify potential, future clinical education partnerships.  The attendees included representatives from one community college, seven baccalaureate nursing education programs and 17 unique practice organizations.  Nine individuals from nursing academia that returned completed evaluation surveys indicated that they had identified a total of 49 new potential academic-practice partnerships for the clinical education of their undergraduate nursing students.  See results from the evaluation survey completed by 28 attendees in the chart below.
