Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute - Michigan County Health Rankings
County Health Rankings Report: Michigan 2016
Where we live, learn, work and play matters to our health. The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin's Population Health Institute have unveiled the second annual County Health Rankings. Nearly every county
in the country is ranked on health outcomes (how healthy we are) and on health factors (how healthy we can be). This information helps counties see where they are doing well and where they are not, so they can make changes to improve health. Visit www.countyhealthrankings.org.
County Health Rankings is a "call to action" for communities to work together to develop programs and policies that help people lead healthier lives. The Rankings are a key component of the Mobilizing Action Toward Community Health (MATCH) project.
