The Behavioral and Physical Health and Aging Services Administration (BPHASA), Bureau of Aging, Community Living, and Supports (ACLS Bureau), must realign the B-12 Carry-Out Meal (COM) Operating Standard for Service Programs with the Administration for Community Living (ACL) Final Rule that was released in February 2024.
The purpose of this revised operating standard serves two purposes:
