October 1, 2025: Attention ALL providers: Effective 10/13/2025 through 12/31/2025 MDHHS TPL will receive a weekly file from HAP CareSource. Coverage contained in this file will be loaded directly into the CHAMPS TPL coverage file. This coverage includes HAP CareSource Michigan Marketplace plans. TPL will no longer update these commercial records unless there are changes after the last load date of eligibility received directly from HAP CareSource.
Please note HAP CareSource plans are purchased from the insurance Marketplace established by the Affordable Care Act. The end dates for this coverage can shift quickly due to premium payments, grace periods and retroactive disenrollments.
