October 15, 2025: Attention ALL Providers: The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) payments for pay cycle 42 (10/16/2025) for some providers will be delayed one day to 10/17/2025. This delay will include both EFT and paper warrants.
This will NOT impact or delay payments for Home Help and Adult Foster Care providers.
