October 8, 2025: Attention All Providers: The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) provider payments for pay cycle 41 (10/09/2025) will be delayed one day to 10/10/2025. This delay will include both EFT and paper warrants.
This will NOT impact or delay payments for Home Help and Adult Foster Care providers.
