Welcome to Michigan WIC's Vendor Training page. The Michigan WIC Program designed a WIC Vendor Handbook to be used as a comprehensive training and reference guide.
As our Program is moving through multiple changes, including updated policy, a new EBT contractor, and a new Infant Formula Contractor; the Michigan WIC Program hosted a live virtual event to discuss recent changes. Below is a video recording of this presentation.

The Michigan WIC Program also hosts interactive trainings to assist Vendors in becoming familiar with important information regarding WIC at their store. As required by the WIC Vendor Contract, a store representative from each Vendor must participate in at least one interactive training once per 3-year contract cycle. Participating in one of the webcast training opportunities below fulfills this requirement while also giving an opportunity to communicate directly with WIC Program staff about program responsibilities and updates.
