We have several new people that have joined our team recently. How can I get IQVIA access for them?
To request access to IQVIA for new members, please contact the IQVIA help desk at InfosarioOutcomeSupport@quintiles.com or call them at 888-526-6700.
The person who was our previous contact for our re-abstraction account has left and we now have a new contact. How can we make that change for our account?
Every participating hospital has a re-abstraction account that is different than the main abstraction account.
The re-abstraction account was set up using the contact information for the person in charge at the time the account was established. If this contact is no longer in the position, the new contact person needs to send a request to Jeff Mathewes, the tech support at IQVIA, at RWLPR_Support@quintiles.com to transfer the account to the new contact's name.
The request should include the hospital's name, the name of the previous contact person, and the re-abstraction site's ID. (Please do not create a new account!) The new contact person will receive an email with a new login for the same re-abstraction account.

Does the Michigan Stroke Program have a form for reporting changes in the roles of hospital staff members?
Yes. To report any role transitions in your hospital, please submit the MiSP Role Transition Form*.

Once downloaded, open the file with Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader and then fill in your information. After the form is complete, click "Submit" to send it to MiSP.
