System Profile 
The Eastern Upper Peninsula Transportation Authority (EUPTA) is a two-county, Luce and Chippewa, transportation system that provides bus and ferry service to the residents of the area. The system was established in 1976, and provides a high level of service to several area human service agencies and employment generated passengers. EUPTA is proud of its community service activities. For example, the system and their drivers donated time to provide transportation for residents of Tendercare nursing home to the local “Festival of Trees” during the Christmas holiday.

Days/Hours of Operations:

Bus Service: M-F  5:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Ferry Service:  24 hours daily and 7 days weekly when weather permits for Drummond and Sugar Island.  Neebish Island is seasonal depending on weather.
