MDOT invites public to comment on state long-range transportation plan revisions

August 2, 2012 -- The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is hosting a series of public meetings throughout Michigan in August to obtain feedback on the state long-range transportation plan. The plan, also known as MI Transportation Plan: Moving Michigan Forward, is being revised through the year 2035.

Each open house-style meeting will run from 5 to 7 p.m. with a formal presentation at 5:15 and 6:15 p.m., followed by a discussion period, except for the session in Lansing on Aug. 15.
