PROJECT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing $2.1 million to rebuild the portion of the Pleasant Valley Road bridge over eastbound I-96 that had to be removed following a high-load hit by a vehicle on Sept. 27, 2017.

Work also includes raising the Pleasant Valley Road bridge over I-96 to increase the bridge's overall height.

As part of this work, crews will need to close westbound I-96 Monday night from Kensington Road to Spencer Road.
