The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is converting a two-way stop into a four-way stop at the intersection of Dearing and King roads. This is part of the ongoing M-60 Reconstruction Project. MDOT is investing $9.9 million to reconstruct M-60 between Chapel and Dearing roads.

Temporary stop signs will be added to both sides of Dearing Road and the overhead flashing signal will be changed from yellow to red.
This work will include a new rumble strips at Dearing Road that will alert traffic and allow traffic to operate more smoothly and efficiently.
