This work is the second and final stage of this project. Stage 2 involves closing the westbound Trowbridge Road ramp to eastbound I-496 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Saturday from July 22 to Aug. 23. This work is being done during the daytime for worker safety.

During the ramp closures, traffic will be detoured to Pennsylvania Avenue (Exit 7) to eastbound I-496.
Performing regular maintenance on bridges helps improve and extend the service life of these structures. Closing lanes during this type of work is necessary to provide the safest work area possible for crews and motorists.
