The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $723,510 to repair 0.5 miles of M-57 in Montrose Township. Work includes concrete patches and additional pavement repairs from the intersection of M-57/M-13 east for 0.5 miles.

During temporary widening of the roadway, traffic will be maintained with regulators. After widening is complete, one lane will remain open in each direction on the west end of the project for reconstruction. The following stage of pavement repairs will have traffic maintained with a temporary signal.
This work will create a smoother driving surface and extend the life of the roadway.
