Online Auction Sale

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) has expanded the way it sells excess real estate to include online auctions. Thru Bidcorp.com, MDOT posts property from around the state that are no longer necessary for transportation purposes. To ensure access to MDOT's online real estate auctions, interested individuals will need to register at http://bidcorp.com/Step-by-step instructions for registering and signing up for auction notifications are available.  To view the latest properties available at online auction, please visit: mdot.bidcorp.com 

 

The next MDOT Real Estate Excess Online Auction is anticipated to begin Monday, July 23rd.  The parcels to be offered will include:

MACOMB COUNTY- CITY OF STERLING HEIGHTS

Tract 1006 - Located at 41453 Mound Road

BAY COUNTY- FRANKENLUST TOWNSHIP

Tract 1336 - Located on the west side of M-84, south of the I-75 and M-84 interchange, north of Delta Road

Tract 1338 - Located on the east side of M-84, south of the I-75 and M-84 interchange, north of Amelith Road

Tract 1339 - Located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Westside Saginaw Road (M-84) and Three Mile Road, south of the M-84 & I-75 Interchange

Tract 1340 - Located at 2516 Delta Road

Tract 1341 - Located at the northeast corner of Westside Saginaw Road (M-84) and Delta Road, south of the M-84 & I-75 Interchange

Priority will be given in order of receipt when submitted with the above information. Failure to provide the above information will result in your request being returned. MDOT reserves the right to refuse any and all offers.
