Gregg Brunner is the acting chief operations officer and Bureau of Field Services director. His previous positions include the Bay Region bridge engineer, Bay City TSC manager, Bay Region associate engineer of operations, and Blue Water Bridge Administrator. Brunner graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
