It is the responsibility of the contractor to comply with the schedule including any dates that fall on state holidays.
Rule 247.43 (1) of the “Classification and Rating of Bidders” (Administrative Rules) states in part that, “A bidder desiring to bid on department projects shall submit to the department, on a department form, a statement reporting work on hand. The form shall be received in the department contract office in accordance with the schedule provided by the department. Bidders failing to submit the form with all required information, and as provided in these rules, are not eligible to bid….”
