US-127 reconstruction in Roscommon County starts April 13

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $12.9 million to reconstruct 5.2 miles of US-127 in both directions between M-55 and the Muskegon River in Roscommon County. The project also includes new concrete curb, gutter, culverts, and guardrail, as well as drainage and sewer improvements and ramp extensions.
This work will require single-lane closures and traffic shifts.
This project includes new pavement markings, rumble strips, and signs.
