PROJECT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will close eastbound I-94 at the westbound M-60 ramp beginning Thursday night for M-60 bridge demolition. This work is part of the ongoing I-94 Corridor Project.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS:
These nighttime closures will be in effect from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. Thursday through Saturday. Additionally, on Friday night, westbound I-94 will be reduced to one lane and the eastbound M-60 ramp to westbound I-94 will be closed and detoured.
Eastbound I-94 traffic will be detoured to westbound M-60 to the Michigan Avenue exit and then back to eastbound M-60 to eastbound I-94.
M-60 traffic heading for westbound I-94 will be detoured to eastbound M-60 to eastbound I-94, then the Airport Road exit and back to westbound I-94.
Follow posted detours. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.

These improvements will provide increased safety and mobility in this area of the I-94, which is a significant local, national and international trade corridor.
