M-99 (Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard)
Monday, May 11, 2020
ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will complete the $4.6 million project to perform pavement repairs and preventive maintenance on M-99 (Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard) between Edgewood Boulevard/Pleasant Grove Boulevard and Victor Avenue in Lansing.
Traffic will be maintained throughout the project. One lane will always be open in each direction. There will be nighttime construction that will require closing the center three lanes; both outside lanes will remain open.
This work will provide a smoother driving surface and increasing safety.
This road construction project is an essential function. Transportation workers in the field follow Centers for Disease Control guidelines to limit their risk of getting sick.
