PROJECT:
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $2.9 million to resurface nearly 5.5 miles of US-131 from US-131 Business Route (BR) to Boon Road near Cadillac.

TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS:
This work will require daytime single-lane closures with traffic shifts. One lane will remain open in each direction.
SAFETY BENEFITS:
This project includes new rumble strips and pavement markings.

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. - M-72 will be closed just west of the M-22 intersection in Elmwood Township for approximately four weeks beginning Feb. 3 as utility companies DTE and Traverse City Light & Power have their underground utilities relocated beneath the roadway.
